If you have been asked to do an on-line induction and directed to this site, please follow the directions below carefully and remember to bring in your results sheet when you commence work.

Note: Remember to bring copies of your Licenses when you start work, these need to be scanned for our records and to pass on to clients who ask for your credentials and may include:

Electrical License

Contractor License

Drivers License

Scissor or Boom Ticket

Boom License (over 11m), Etc.

Other things to remember

You should have been given an induction pack when you came to your final interview. This pack contains several items which need your attention.

Firstly there is a sheet with PLEASE FIND THIS INFORMATION BEFORE YOUR INDUCTION written at the top. If you didn't get a copy you can get one here. The information on this sheet is needed to complete your induction process. Please ensure you have this information together before coming to work.

Superanuation is now open for you to decide who you wish to use. Integrated Quality Electrical Systems preferred supplier of superanuation is CBUS Construction & Building Industry Super. A copy of their handbook has been included in your pack and it contains an application form at the back. It also contains a roll over form should you wish to roll other finds over to it.

The NECA 2003 A SAFETY GUIDE FOR EMPLOYEES IN THE ELECTRICAL, COMMUNITACTIONS AND DATA INDUSTRIES booklet is also included and you are asked to read this booklet, as you will be quizzed on it as part of your induction when you start work. You are asked to carry this booklet with your tools, so that you have it readily available as needed.

A taxation form is included and will need to be completed and presented to the office when you start work, in order to set up your pay. You also need to consider if this is to be your primary employment and therefore if you wish to claim the tax free threshold while working for us. Some other items are included in this pack for your information also, please make yourself familiar with these.
