Project Management Diploma
Integrated Quality Electrical Systems take our staffs future very seriously and also realise that smarter staff work better. To this end IQ Electrical regularly train our staff in many skills.
Currently IQ Electrical are having their Project Managers and any other staff looking to pursue a career in Project Management trained in the Diploma of Project Management. This valuable course will ensure a higher standard of Project Management and therefore a higher standard of project as a result.
Other staff are offered training as required or if requests are made for training they are mostly granted.
Staff Functions
Integrated Quality Electrical Systems regularly have staff functions including our staff BBQ which is held on a Friday afternoon after work. Integrated Quality Electrical Systems use this time to enable staff who wouldn't normally see each other to socialise and get to know each other, these events are also used to inform and communicate. Our Quarterly Toolbox is usually followed by one of these events.
Other staff functions include more formal occasions when Ian & Elaine Whale open their home to staff and their partners and entertain in a more formal setting. The staff Christmas party is held each year and this year was hosted at the office fully catered and offering activities for the children as well as the young at heart.

Social Club Integrated Quality Electrical Systems are currently setting up a social club to enable the staff to contribute to a fund that will enable a wider variety of social activities to be considered.
A committee has been formed to run this club which will run independently of Integrated Quality Electrical Systems so that the staff can decide for themselves what they would like to do. |
Sponsorship Integrated Quality Electrical Systems have sponsored many staff members in their various pursuits and look forward to encouraging many others in worthwhile endeavors.
Staff are encouraged to talk to Ian Whale, the Managing Director about possible sponsorship for person pursuits. |
